WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?
Hypnotherapy is both calming and relaxing and involves bringing you into a state of relaxation using the sound of my voice. In this relaxed state of mind, you are able to address the goals that are most important to you. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, and one which we all move in and out of throughout the day, such as when watching the television or driving on a familiar route.
In this relaxed state of hypnosis, you are most receptive and open to making powerful changes in your life. Hypnosis allows you to connect with a part of the mind that can be difficult to access, and it is this part of the mind where your belief systems are stored, this is the subconscious. By accessing the subconscious mind, you are empowered to alter your negative thoughts to create a much stronger and more positive mindset.
Throughout hypnosis, you are aware and remain fully in control. For hypnosis to be successful, you must be ready within yourself and ready to engage with the process to enable the powerful and positive life changes to happen.
